*Full inspections include a structural pest inspection and a free return trip (return trips to sites which require ferry travel
or extended drives are subject to charge) Full Inspections with reduced paperwork and without the free return trip can be
done for a reduced fee. Any decisions regarding the type of inspection and any fee arrangements must be made before the
inspection begins.

Specific Item
Fees for specific item inspections start @ $150.
Specialized
These are generally open ended inspections done for purposes determined by the client.
Fees are hourly with a base minimum.

Duplex and Triplex
Generally just slightly higher than a single family structure.
Complexity and level or detail are the main variables.
Four Units or More
Hourly with a base minimum of one hour. Current rates are $250 for the first hour
and $100 for each additional hour. Set fees can be negotiated.

Hourly with a base mimimum. Set fees can be negotiated.

Structural Pest Inspections

*Structural Pest inspections are regulated by the state dept. of Agriculture
and are performed in accordance with their rules and regulations
